This Privacy Policy explains how Joemaker ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") handles, processes, stores, and protects information when you install and use the Android mobile application Block Architect: Cozy Puzzle (Block Architect, package ID: com.blockarchitect.puzzle, referred to as the "Application" or "App").
By downloading, accessing, or playing Block Architect, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Application.
Block Architect does not require user registration or account creation. We do not collect personal contact details such as your name, email address, physical address, or telephone number within the App. If you contact us voluntarily via email for customer support, we will only use your email address and message content to respond to your inquiry.
To allow you to resume your puzzles and keep your earned stars, the Application stores the following non-personal game data exclusively on your device using Android SharedPreferences and WebView localStorage:

Block Architect is a general-audience logic puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us via support email, please contact us so that we can promptly delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, Google Play Store policies, or Application features.
